Apple Cider Vinegar – Does it really help to lose weight?

I have seen many people and websites recommend apple cider vinegar as a weight loss remedy. But does it really help to lose weight?

It is a traditional remedy which has been continued successfully for centuries.  But it has not proven scientifically as a weight loss cure. They believe vinegar can cut the fat out as it cleans the fatty oil stains in dishes.

Still we can’t just say it is just a diet sham. It has few qualities which can help weight loss indirectly.

  1. Apple cider vinegar helps balance blood sugar levels which could lead for weight loss.
  2. Taking apple cider vinegar before meal helps to prevent from overeating.
  3. It contains some properties which can lower the cholesterol level.

Apple cider vinegar has so many medical benefits other than weight loss cure. It also helps people who suffer from Diarrhea, Yeast infections, Fatigue, Acne or Skin problems and Menstrual Cramps.

Method of apple cider vinegar intake:

Take 1-2 tsp of apple cider vinegar before meal. Mix it with honey or fresh juice. Do not ever have pure vinegar, only diluted solution has to be taken.

While in taking apple cider vinegar, be cautious about side effects as well. It may leave yellowish stains on your teeth.  Try using a straw if you could. It also leads to heart burn and nausea.

Is apple cider the same as apple cider vinegar?

Apple cider is the pressed unstrained juice of fresh apples. Apple cider vinegar is made from apple cider by fermentation of the alcoholic part into acid. During this process, sugar in the apple cider is broken down by bacteria and yeast into alcohol and then into vinegar. It is sour like any other vinegar but it is light yellow-brown color.
